Oakland County Parks is focused on environmental leadership, action and practice in the community. Staff is available as a resource for local governments and the public to advise in their areas of expertise and assist homeowners, municipal employees, non-profit organizations and educational institutions in implementation of best practices.

Tai Chi in the Trees

Boost your mindfulness and physical and emotional well-being while enjoying the beauty of the nature center during Tai Chi in the Trees. Studio 8 Fitness will lead this beginner-friendly session. All abilities are welcome. Those ages 15 and under must be accompanied by an adult/guardian. No equipment is needed but participants may bring yoga mats if they like. Program will be held outside, but may be moved inside the nature center in the event of inclement weather. Cost is $5/per person; ages 12 and under are free. Register by calling 248-858-0916.
