Lyon Oaks Dog Park features a 13-acre fenced enclosure with small dog area, benches, shelter and picnic tables and field training area. In Oakland County, all dogs older than the age of four months are required to have a license and wear it at all times. Licenses can be purchased at the Animal Shelter and Pet Adoption Center. Dogs must also have up-to-date vaccinations (Rabies, Distemper, Bordetella) and respond to voice commands.
