Give archery a shot at Independence Oaks County Park! Archery is a great way to build strength and improve concentration. It boosts hand-eye coordination, enhances upper body strength and increases confidence. There is no charge to use the facility or equipment on site during Open Archery Range hours on Thursdays in season. The Archery Range is currently closed. Archery Birthday Parties

Archery range birthday parties offer a fun, outdoor celebration option for ages 8 and older. Package includes range time, themed craft and celebration time after the range (total time 2.5 hours). Tent and picnic tables are provided; guests must provide their own birthday party supplies. Targets will be decorated based on one of the following themes:

• Zombie
• Art
• Superheroes

There is a maximum of 10 archers per party. Cost is $20/participant. Range will be closed in the event of rain, thunder or lightning for guest safety.
