Boost your mindfulness and physical and emotional well-being while enjoying the beauty of the nature center during Tai Chi in the Trees. Studio 8 Fitness will lead this beginner-friendly session. All abilities are welcome. Those ages 15 and under must be accompanied by an adult/guardian. No equipment is needed but participants may bring yoga mats if they like.
