The White Lake Oaks Event Center overlooks White Lake Oaks Golf Course, a scenic 18-hole course located on 197 acres. It is conveniently located in the center of Oakland County by M-59 in White Lake Township near the Oakland County International Airport.

Guests enter the event center through a warm and inviting lobby with a fireplace. The dining room, which has room for approximately 180 people, features cathedral ceilings and floor to ceiling bay windows that offer beautiful views of the pristinely maintained golf course. The event center has a built-in bar, buffet room and hospitality room.

Customers are welcome to "DIY" the space or bring in vendors of their choice. The event center does not provide food or beverages so customers must provide their own or hire an outside vendor. In addition, there is no dance floor, but customers are allowed to bring one in.

2025 Rates

Weekend (Friday-Sunday)

• $2,800 for entire weekend

• $1,100 per day

Weekday (Monday-Thursday)

• $750 per day

 Additional Rate Information

• $1,000 refundable security deposit (in addition to the rental and set-up fee)

• Rental fee, set-up fee and security deposit are due at time of rental - no holds. Credit card, cash or check only made payable to Oakland County Parks

• Everyone and all belongings must be off-site by midnight. Music and alcohol service must be discontinued by 11 p.m.

• Rental fee includes:
  • Buffet area, bar area and hospitality room
  • Access to site on the day of the event
  • Furnishings:
    • Up to 180 banquet chairs
    • Twenty 72-inch round banquet tables
    • Twelve 8-foot long banquet tables
  • Space is rented as is. All services must be arranged by the customer
• Weddings are required to rent the event center for the entire weekend (Friday-Sunday)

Capacity

White Lake Oaks Event Center has capacity for 180 people.

Food

• The event center does not provide food or beverages so customers must provide their own or hire an outside vendor
• The kitchen area will have a designated space for staging. Use of facilities for cooking or washing equipment is not permitted

Parking

Parking is located across from the event center entrance along Pontiac Lake Road. There is sufficient parking for more than 100 vehicles.

Insurance Requirements

Insurance(s) will need to be provided for the following:

• If the reservation/event is for a wedding
• If the reservation is booked by an organized entity/group and not an individual
• If alcohol will be provided (not sold) at the event
• If alcohol will be sold at the event (subject to approval by the Oakland County Parks)
