Outdoor Discovery Summer Camps
Outdoor Discovery Camps are week-long summer day camp experiences that immerse children age 6-11 in the wonders of nature.
Available at several Oakland County Parks locations, each week focuses on a different nature theme with unique daily outdoor activities guided by park naturalists. Sign your camper up for a week or the whole summer!
Engaging learning experiences
Campers will enjoy hiking adventures, create nature-based projects, and gain a sense of belonging in the natural world. Depending on the camp location, campers will experience a variety of outdoor recreation experiences like kayaking, canoeing, archery, fishing, biking, climbing, orienteering and more.
Outdoor Discovery Camps are offered in partnership with MSU Extension.
