Oakland County Parks is focused on environmental leadership, action and practice in the community. Staff is available as a resource for local governments and the public to advise in their areas of expertise and assist homeowners, municipal employees, non-profit organizations and educational institutions in implementation of best practices.

Homeschool Series: Winter Tree Party

Who is rustling around in the trees during the winter months? Find out how the plants and animals are surviving and adapting during this time. Homeschool sessions are adapted for two age groups: Ages 6-9 and ages 10-13. Cost is $10/child/session. Preregistration with payment is required by calling 248-858-0916 weekdays. No on-site registration will be available. Sessions are designed as a drop-off program for youth. All students are welcome, including those from a traditional homeschool, pod or virtual learning setting. A release form must be completed with registration.
