Oakland County Parks is focused on environmental leadership, action and practice in the community. Staff is available as a resource for local governments and the public to advise in their areas of expertise and assist homeowners, municipal employees, non-profit organizations and educational institutions in implementation of best practices.

Owl Prowl

Join us to search for some of nature’s most fascinating nocturnal creatures – owls! Learn about the types of owls in Michigan and how to recognize them by their voices. Then head out for a chance to see or hear some on the trail. Quiet nature lovers are a necessity at this event, which is suitable for ages 6 and older. Cost is $5/person. Preregistration with payment required by calling 248-858-0916 weekdays or 248-625-6473 during nature center hours or register online.
