Savvy Summer Skills

It's wonderful to spend time in the great outdoors in the summer, whether you're camping, hiking, boating or playing. It's even better when you feel confident about about how to be safe during these activities. Come and learn about Michigan's hazardous plants, insects and animals - how to avoid a run-in with them, and what to do if you encounter them. Be prepared for a short hike. Cost is $5/person. Preregistration with payment required by calling 248-858-0916 weekdays or 248-585-0100 during nature center hours.
