Oakland County Parks is focused on environmental leadership, action and practice in the community. Staff is available as a resource for local governments and the public to advise in their areas of expertise and assist homeowners, municipal employees, non-profit organizations and educational institutions in implementation of best practices.

Powerful Plants: Teas and Trees

Have a Tea-riffic Time learning about powerful plants

Discover regionally common plants that have historically been used in medicine and healing during Powerful Plants: Teas and Trees from 2-4 p.m. Saturday, June 13 at Wint Nature Center. Make your own dried tea mixture using some of these plants. Preregistration with payment required by calling 248-858-0916 weekdays or 248-625-6473 during nature center hours or register online.
