Oakland County Parks is focused on environmental leadership, action and practice in the community. Staff is available as a resource for local governments and the public to advise in their areas of expertise and assist homeowners, municipal employees, non-profit organizations and educational institutions in implementation of best practices.

What a Bee-utiful Day

Bees are crucial for human survival. Don't bee-lieve us? Get ready for National Pollinator Week by learning more about the important insects that are responsible for most of our food and the economy! After learning about these essential pollinators, participants will make an eco-friendly bee hotel to take home. This program is suitable for ages 5 and up. Cost is $7/person.
