Healthy Oakland Partnership (HOP) is a collaboration of local government, hospitals, health care providers, community-based organizations, business, and citizens that are dedicated to improving the health of Oakland County residents.

HOP is currently an ad hoc coalition and not meeting regularly. The HOP Farmers Market Team meets regularly and is still holding Family and Senior Market Day events and conducting trainings.
