Sean de Four

Sean de Four is the President and CEO of MiSide Community Impact Network (MiSide) which was formed in 2023. MiSide serves over 22,000 individuals each year through a comprehensive continuum of services.

Sean has a distinguished career in non-profit management and leadership working for the past 20 years in senior management and C-suite level positions. A licensed master social worker with both clinical and macro designations, his professional experience includes extensive work in mental health, substance abuse, child welfare, refugee services, juvenile justice, services for persons with disabilities, affordable housing, and senior services. Since 2014, he's been a member of the University of Michigan School of Social Work faculty and serves as a lecturer.
