Steve is a respected educator and trainer. He has designed, launched, and lead numerous impactful programs aimed at creating long-term, sustainable change. Notable achievements include establishing naloxone distribution initiatives across Oakland County, providing vital lived experience insight to law enforcement to better equip them in response to behavioral health crises, and advocating for progressive harm reduction policy at the state level.
