Mission

Ensure access to affordable, comprehensive, and quality health care services for all community members.

Goals

1. Increase screening and referrals related to social needs and social determinants of health.
2. Promote awareness of and referrals to health resources/services.
3. Identify barriers to accessing health services.

Priorities

• Health Insurance: Track policy changes that impact Medicaid and other forms of health insurance and work collaboratively with safety net providers to address barriers to care.  
• Emerging Issues: Explore emerging issues that impact access to care.
• Social Determinants of Health: Identify ways to increase data collection around social determinants of health.
