Kenneth Briggs

Kenneth Briggs is the Chief of Pretrial and Justice Services for Oakland County. During his work in healthcare, Kenneth has held executive leadership roles in behavioral health, overseeing hundreds of millions of dollars in substance use treatment funding to expand access to critical services across Michigan. 

Beyond his professional achievements, Kenneth has been a dedicated mentor, guiding more than 20 young individuals - many of whom have faced justice system involvement - toward successful careers and fulfilling lives. Kenneth has been honored with NAACP awards and received the Key to the City of Pontiac, in recognition of his dedication to improving lives and fostering meaningful change.
