The North Oakland County Water Authority (NOCWA) serves as a collaboration of four North Oakland County governing bodies including Auburn Hills, Orion Township, Pontiac and Rochester Hills. The NOCWA board meets regularly to coordinate water system usage to increase water pressure and decrease water costs. This collaboration has resulted in a annual savings of $4.3 million and an increase in water pressure from five to seven PSI during peak hours.
