The General Assembly of SEMCOG, the Southeast Michigan Council of Governments, voted to adopt Water Infrastructure Policies and Actions for Southeast Michigan at its General Assembly meeting in Detroit last month. SEMCOG also launched its Water Infrastructure Planning Guide.
