The judge has sentenced you to a Conditional Sentence, ordering you complete conditions in a specific time frame, to close your case. All completed conditions are to be sent to 524conditionalsentencing@oakgov.com. Failure to complete any conditions by the ordered date will result in the issuance of a Show Cause court date. At that time, if found in Contempt, the Court may impose a sentence to include a probation term, jail term or a combination of both.
