AI: Beyond the Buzz

Managing the Real-World Rewards and Risks of Artificial Intelligence

JANUARY 27, 2026 | 10:00-11:30 AM

A staggering 88 percent of employers use AI in one or more business functions today, according to a report from McKinsey & Company published in November. Obviously, AI is here and more than just a chatbot. But, what does this mean?

Join us for our next virtual workshop that will focus on more than the initial buzz of artificial intelligence and tackle the practical rewards and risks of integrating AI into your team’s daily operations. We will explore the how to leverage AI as a powerful “workflow enhancement” too to boost productivity and client service, while also confronting legitimate concerns that many leaders have, from protecting trade secrets to recognizing your employees may already being using AI tools without your knowledge.

This will be a practical discussion business leaders need to have to create effective policies and lead their teams in the age of this revolutionary technology.

WORKSHOP HIGHLIGHTS:

  • Discover how AI "workflow amplification" can help your team process information faster and improve client follow-up.
  • Learn how to empower your team to use AI tools effectively, moving beyond fear to a focus on return on investment.
  • Understand the hidden risks of new, discreet AI tools that can record meetings without notifying attendees.
  • Discuss why your business needs to be educated on what's available and develop new policies, even if you have existing rules against AI.
  • Move past the "intro to AI" and get concrete strategies for managing the real-world rewards and risks of this technology.
