Employer Workshop Series: Culture & Talent: Making Your Employer Brand Work for You

  • Date: 06/25/2026 11:00 AM - 12:30 PM

Culture & Talent: Making Your Employer Brand Work for You.

June 25, 2026. | 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM

Today’s talent considers an employer’s culture very seriously. According to a global study by Glassdoor, one of the world’s largest job and recruiting sites, 77 percent of adult job seekers surveyed said an organization’s culture would be carefully considered before applying there. More than 50 percent said culture is more important than pay.

This culture is often evident in an organization’s brand, whether intentional or not. That brand is shaped by employees, candidates and the community. This culture, when clearly defined and communicated, can be a competitive advantage in attracting and retaining the right people to work for you. The question is whether leadership is guiding and shaping your brand story, or letting it shape itself.

In this session, we’ll explore how to identify what makes your workplace unique and translate it into a clear, compelling culture story that resonates with today’s workforce.

Workshop Highlights:

  • Discover what makes your workplace uniquely worth working for.
  • See your employer brand the way candidates actually see it.
  • Turn your culture into a competitive advantage for hiring.
