Administration prepares financial reports and statistics, assesses the impact of new and pending legislation on the County's collection processes, evaluates new and current programs and procedures for increased efficiency opportunities, and provides on-going training to staff.

Admin Collections is responsible for the collection of Birth Record Fees, Filing Fees, Guardian ad Litem Fees, and Psychological Testing Fees for cases associated with Friend of the Court matters.

Circuit Court Collections is responsible for the collection of court costs, crime victim's rights fees, restitution, fines, and other fees ordered by the Circuit Court. Reimbursement is also responsible for disbursing restitution payments to victims. Reimbursement works with defendants to establish payment schedules by conducting financial interviews and applying community service credits to defendant's accounts when appropriate. They process state tax intercepts and prepare court orders and garnishments when necessary.

Family Court Collections is responsible for the collection of fees ordered by Family Court, such as restitution, crime victim’s rights fees, and municipal ordinance and civil infraction fines. Reimbursement initiates and conducts Order to Show Cause hearings, processes wage assignments, state tax intercepts, and requests bench warrants when necessary.
