The Early Intervention Conference (“EIC”) is a required hearing with your assigned Referee that you must attend. It will provide you with an opportunity to address any issues that may have come up since your case was filed as well as to ask questions that you may have. You can find the Referee assigned to your case on the court explorer application - CourtExplorer. The exact time of your EIC hearing can be found by visiting the link to your Referee’s schedule below.

Before the EIC date, you must complete and turn in the following forms (see below):

• EIC Information Form
• Protected Personal Identifying Information
• Addendum to Protected Personal Identifying Information
• Application for IV-D Child Support Services
• Domestic Violence Screening Form
• Verified Statement
• Direct Deposit Authorization Form
• Friend of the Court Handbook
