Oumair Aejaz Pleads No Contest To 31 Counts Of Sexual Misconduct

Oumair Aejaz, a 41-year-old former physician, pleaded no contest Thursday to 31 counts of sexual misconduct in two separate cases. No Contest pleas have the same effect as a Guilty plea. The Oakland County Prosecutor’s Office did not offer Aejaz any plea agreement or leniency whatsoever.
