Emergency Relief Funds Available – Helps Pay Water, Sewer Bills
In partnership with the Oakland County Water Resources Commissioner's Office of Oakland County, United Way is enrolling eligible families into the Hardship Assistance Program which provides direct financial support for your water bill.
Oakland Livingston Human Service Agency (OLHSA)
OLHSA has a program called the Water Affordability Program that can help people pay their water bills, covering amounts up to $3,000.00. You need to meet certain eligibility requirements to qualify. They also offer a Local Water Utility Affordability Program that can assist with local water utility bills, providing up to $9,000. Eligibility is required for this program.
