Lean & Green Michigan’s PACE Financing for Energy Efficiency 

Property Assessed Clean Energy, or PACE, is a long-term financing tool facilitated through local governments, allowing commercial property owners in Michigan to make energy efficiency, water conservation, and renewable energy upgrades. Property owners receive 100% upfront funding to complete approved projects at their facilities. Log on to learn how local governments can join Oakland County as a partner with Lean & Green Michigan to help reduce property owners’ operating expenses, drive economic development, reduce environmental impacts, and increase property values at no cost to the local government.
