Oakland County | Planning, Zoning and Land Use - Virtual PLANNERS GATHERING
Planners operate in a legal environment. Local, state and federal laws govern their actions as well as those of the boards and commissions they serve. Occasionally, those actions will be the subject of legal challenges by parties that do not agree with land use and zoning decisions. In those instances, planners may find themselves involved in subsequent litigation. Join us for a discussion of what planners should expect when they are involved in a legal challenge.
