The Oakland County Farmers Market Wellness Series features a free, 45-minute yoga lesson with Studio 8 Fitness instructors from May through September. Mark your calendar for Saturday morning yoga from 9:30-10:15 a.m. followed by tai chi from 10:30-11:15 a.m. on June 6, July 4, Aug. 1 and Sept. 5.
Please note: There will be no yoga or tai chi on May 2.
Then, make time for Lunchtime Yoga from noon-12:45 p.m. on May 21, June 18, July 16, Aug. 20 and Sept. 17.
All sessions will be held outdoors on the grassy area to the west of the market building. The Market Wellness Series is Presented by University of Michigan Health C.S. Mott Children’s Hospital & Trinity Health Oakland Hospital and Dr. Anil Kumar with Healthy Horizon Sponsor McLaren Oakland.
