This office no longer accepts cash payments. We do accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and checks made out to the Oakland County Water Resources Commissioner's Office (OCWRC)

Appointments are required for new 
connection permits and meter pick up.
  • You will be contacted to schedule an appointment to make payment and pick up your meter, once your application is received
  • Available scheduling Monday - Friday 8:30 am to 4:30 pm

Customers intitiating new construction projects must register and create an account or login to our Citizen Self Service Portal to:

  • Submit plans for review
  • View and make payments on plan review permit fees and projects
  • Access permit requirements
  • Search for open permits
