Water and Sewer Billing

Mikes choice - grey phone.jpgWRC has made it easier to pay water and sewer bills online and by phone, with a new payment portal.  In addition to using credit and debit cards for one-time payments, you can now pay with an electronic check by phone or on our website.  Phone payments are also easier, as you can make a payment without speaking to an agent.  Please check out the new portal.  If you are not already registered to make online payments, it’s a simple process that can save you time and postage.

We do not take final meter readings, estimate unbilled charges, or issue final bills. Please have the title company handling your closing contact us for account information that will allow them to prorate bills at the closing. The title company will hold money in escrow pending the next period’s bill.

If the service is in your name, please note that water bills will continue to be forwarded to you based on instructions that you may have given the U.S. Post Office. Please alert the title company and the buyer that they will need to update the name on the account after the closing.

If you have pre-authorized payments automatically withdrawn from your checking or savings account, please contact our office to have the automatic payments discontinued. We will need this instruction in writing. Please contact us at WRCbilling@oakgov.com or mail your request to:
