Douglas S. Molinar
Captain, Patrol Services Division
Captain Douglas S. Molinar heads the Patrol Services Division of the Oakland County Sheriff's Office. He has 40 years of service with the Sheriff's Office, and was a Lieutenant from 1988 until he was promoted to Captain in September, 2003.
Captain Molinar has commanded Patrol Services, Detective Bureau, Rochester Hills Substation, Corrective Services, and the Brown Road Facility.
Captain Molinar has a Masters Degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Detroit, has graduated from the John F. Kennedy School of Government from Harvard University, and is a graduate of the FBI National Academy, 201st session.
