The Oakland County Compliance Purchasing Unit has made the decision to delay implementation of 2 CFR Part 200 Procurement Standards guidelines, as allowed by the new Federal guidance. Oakland County is incorporating the new guidelines into its Purchasing Policies and Procedures. Review the new federal
