​The Mortgage Application Acceleration Program (MAAP) lets users calculate the approximate market value of a residential property in Oakland County. This automated valuation program, which meets the requirements of the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP), uses comparable hou​​​sing sales to check the value of a home. The process is especially important when buying, selling or estimating a residential property.

Keep in mind MAAP is not an appraisal. The information generated by MAAP is current up to 12 months. Assessments are based on 24 months of sales ending 9 months prior to the date of assessment. Mortgage Application Acceleration Program valuation estimates may be purchased with a credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express) for $20 each.
