- Grand Hall - $500 for 6 hours
- Carousel Hall - $500 for 6 hours
- Entire Activity Center - $1,000 for 6 hours
- Friday set up for the weekend event - $100/3 hours
- Sunday clean up for the weekend event - $100/3 hours
- Additional hours on day of event - $50/hour
- $200 security deposit (in addition to the rental fee) - will be returned within 30 days after the event if there is no damage to the hall or property during the rental period.
- There is an outdoor event/ceremony area located outside the Carousel Hall. An additional fee of $1/chair if our chairs are used.
- Both rental fee and security deposit are due at time of rental - no holds. Credit card or check only.
- Events can run until 11 p.m. Everyone and all belongings must be off-site by midnight. Music and alcohol service must be discontinued by 11 p.m.
- The Carousel Hall has heat and air conditioning. Grand Hall has heat only.
- Tables and chairs are provided.
- The halls are rented as is. All services must be arranged by the renter.
- A Bridal/Hospitality Room is available for events.
- Note: We can accommodate Friday weddings where there is availability; rate is the same.
The Activity Center building has two halls: the Grand Hall and the Carousel Hall. The following capacities include space for a dance floor and bar area:
- Grand Hall using tables and chairs: maximum capacity 560
- Grand Hall using chairs only: maximum capacity 800
- Carousel Hall using tables and chairs: maximum capacity 250
- Carousel Hall using chairs only: maximum capacity 465
The use of Sterno products to heat food is permitted. A refrigerator, sink and small microwave are available for use. Renters may choose any caterer they wish.
