The Oakland County Legal Resources Center has partnered with Legal Aid and Defender Association, Inc. to offer free legal assistance on civil, non-family law issues to low-income individuals.
Attorneys from Legal Aid and Defender Association, Inc. will provide individuals with information on their rights, court procedures and forms, and in some cases, represent them in court.
The next virtual clinic will be held on Wednesday, June 1 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Appointments will be available on a first come, first served basis and must be made in advance by calling 248-858-0012 between Monday, May 23 and Thursday, May 26 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
*Please note that in-person legal aid clinics are suspended due to COVID-19 and the office is closed. Walk-ins are prohibited.
