Customer assistance is available for those who are struggling with
file conversions or in need of general assistance with file setup.
Depending on the complexity of the customer assistance request, training
classes at the Intermediate and/or Advanced levels may be required
prior to scheduling an appointment.
Note: Customer Assistance is available for Oakland County employees only.
Based on availability, instructors will:
- review your needs
- determine which method can best accomplish the task
- help you get started on conversion of files
- provide further guidance, if needed
