Competency Based Training

Training courses offered to supervisors or employees in a lead role are based on the supervisory competency model and focus on interpersonal, leadership and managerial/supervisory skills.  The supervisory instructor-led training course matrix and the supervisory computer-based training course matrix show how each course maps to each domain and competency. Detailed course descriptions, the  course schedule and registration information can be found in our current catalog​. 

Curriculum Maps

Curriculum Maps have been developed for each instructor-led course. These Curriculum Maps are handed out at the end of each course and list complementary learning opportunities for those interested in learning more about course topics.
