The Mortgage Application Acceleration Program (MAAP) lets users calculate the approximate market value of a residential property in Oakland County. This automated valuation program, which meets the requirements of the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP), uses comparable housing sales to check the value of a home. The process is especially important when buying, selling or estimating a residential property.

Keep in mind MAAP is not an appraisal. The information generated by MAAP is current up to 12 months. Assessments are based on 24 months of sales ending 9 months prior to the date of assessment. Mortgage Application Acceleration Program valuation estimates may be purchased with a credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express) for $20 each.

If you are a business and wish to use these services on a regular basis, you can request a Property Gateway business account.
