The 2026 Oakland County Land Sale Auction will be held virtually on Aug. 25, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Residential and commercial property, as well as vacant parcels, may be available for purchase.

Interested bidders may view the available properties, register for an account and set their preferred bid amounts before the auction at tax-sale.info.

Advance bidding begins 30 days prior to the posted auction start time and ends at 10:00 a.m. on the posted auction date. Active bidding begins at 10 a.m. on Aug. 25, 2026, and continues until 7 p.m.
