Oakland County's Courts and Law Enforcement Management Information System, commonly called CLEMIS, uses innovative computer technology for criminal justice and public safety applications. By serving as a technical link among multiple agencies, CLEMIS promotes communication and sharing of criminal justice information.

CLEMIS is now the CLEMIS Authority, separate from Oakland County. FOIA requests to the CLEMIS Authority can be made at https://www.clemisauthority.org/foia. The CLEMIS Authority does not provide information nor data from Public Safety agencies. Those requests should be directed to those agencies.
