Retiree Healthcare includes: Medical (Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan and Blue Care Network), Prescription (Optum RX), Dental (Delta Dental), and Vision (Heritage Vision Plans). Information regarding these coverages are listed below. Retirees are encouraged to visit your benefit providers' website and create member logins. Member logins offer many on-line tools, such as access to claims information, viewing Explanation of Benefits, printing replacement ID cards, etc.

To access your Blue Cross virtual ID card, create an account at bcbsm.com/register. You will need the last four digits of your Social Security Number to register. Once your account is created, you may view your card by logging in and selecting "ID Cards & Proof of Coverage" from the homepage.

2026 Open Enrollment will take place from October 1 - October 31. Packets will be delivered by mail in early October. If you are not making any benefit changes, no action is needed.
