New Walk-in Arraignment Hours at 52-3 District Court

Walk-in arraignments are held Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. or 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. Please check in directly in the Clerk's Office of the Court prior to going to any courtroom.

All parties are required to e-file for all Civil/Landlord tenant matters via mifile.courts.michigan.gov.
