The Probation Department provides pre-trial supervision to defendants ordered by the court to be supervised by 52-1 Bond Compliance. Bond often includes conditions such as no alcohol or drug use, random testing, travel restrictions, or no contact with certain individuals. Bond Compliance is the mechanism used by the court to monitor compliance with these conditions while in the pendency of the case.

If you have been ordered to Bond Compliance, contact the court at (248) 305-6460, and request to speak with the Bond Compliance Officer to enroll.

For questions relating to your bond conditions or obligations, you may email 521bondmonitoring@oakgov.com.

Please keep in mind that the court cannot provide you with legal advice. If you are required to random test, understand that all testing, unless otherwise specified explicitly by the Judge and/or Magistrate, must be completed before 9:00 am. All positive testing samples must be sent to the lab for confirmation.
