PLEASE TAKE NOTICE
The 48th District Court will be closed for all business on November 11, 2025, for Veteran's Day.
The Court will be closed for in-person matters only on November 10th, 12th, 13th, and 14th for building repairs. The Court will continue to operate remotely via Zoom.us. Please closely review your Notice to Appear.
Documents, pleadings, signed waivable tickets or any other filings may be submitted by mail or deposited in the Court's drop box located near the front entrance of the courthouse.

Questions during closure of the building for repairs can be made by email at fax@48thdc.us or by logging into our virtual help desk via Zoom.us, meeting ID: 297 330 6053 during the hours of 9:00 am and 11:00 am or 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm., on November 10th, 12th, 13th, and 14th.
The Court will resume normal operations on Monday, November 17, 2025.
Document Submissions
E-Filing is mandatory for attorneys on all civil cases.
Documents, pleadings, signed waivable tickets or any other filings may be submitted in-person, by mail, or deposited in the Court's drop box located near the front entrance of the courthouse. Attorney appearances for criminal or traffic matters only may also be submitted by fax or email. Items placed in the drop box after 4:00 p.m., will be posted as received on the Court's next business day.
