The Probate Court has four Probate Judges to serve you on cases involving four general subject matters:
Probation:
Since the Probate Court receives many inquiries for the Probation Department, it is worth noting that the PROBATE COURT HAS NO CONNECTION TO PROBATION RELATED MATTERS.  Please see Adult Probation or Juvenile Probation for those respective services.

Hours of Court:
8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Monday through Friday

Probate Counter/Customer Service Hours:
8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Monday through Friday
Please arrive by 4:00 p.m. for same day processing.

Also, so that we may conduct staff training to better serve you, the counter may close approximately one Friday per month from 8:00 – 9:00 a.m. Call ahead to assure availability.

By Court Order, individuals entering the Courthouse are to abide by the following court rules:
