The Early Intervention Conference (“EIC”) is a required
hearing with your assigned Referee that you must attend. It will
provide you with an opportunity to address any issues that may have come up
since your case was filed as well as to ask questions that you may have.
You can find the Referee assigned to your case on the court explorer
application - CourtExplorer. The exact time of your EIC hearing can be found by clicking on
the link to your Referee’s schedule below.

Before the EIC date, you must complete and turn in the
following forms (see below):
Once you have completed these forms, please email them to email@example.com.
At this time all EIC’s are being conducted using the Zoom
video conferencing application.
- Windows Desktop PCs and
to Zoom Web Site at zoom.us. Click on “Join a Call” and join using
Meeting ID listed in your Referee’s schedule
- Apple and Android Tablets or
Phones: Install the Zoom App from the Apple or Android
Store prior to the call. Launch the Zoom App at the time of the call
and join using Meeting ID listed in your Referee’s schedule
- Phone Call Only:
Call 646 876 9923 or 669 900 6833 and join using Meeting ID listed
on your referee’s schedule
- The Court does not provide
technical assistance for the testing or troubleshooting.

time prior to the call to become familiar with the Zoom controls and test
your device’s mic and speaker controls.
