After hours Drop Box:  The Court has an after hours dropbox located on the left side of the Public Entrance for purpose of paying tickets or criminal fines and costs.  Payment may be with check or money order made out to 52-4 District Court.   Include case number and name clearly on the check or money order.  Please do not leave cash in the dropbox.  Court will accept filings for Criminal and Probation matters only.  No filings for Civil will be accepted.
Beginning February 01, 2022 the 52-4 Troy District Court will start performing marriage ceremonies for residents.  Please see Weddings for additional information.


Effective immediately, 52-4 District Court will accept appearances only by fax or email.  All other pleadings must be mailed or delivered to 520 W Big Beaver Rd, Troy MI  48084
