Public Access to Virtual Courtroom proceedings
In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the 52nd District Court will conduct hearings via Zoom videoconference when possible. Participants will receive detailed Zoom videoconference instructions from the court or their attorney prior to the hearing.
You may watch a live broadcast of public court hearings via YouTube (links below). Hearings are live, and will not be available to watch at a later time. Court proceedings shall not be recorded or reproduced without the express written permission from the judge of record.
