Admitting Responsibility

Pay Tickets 

You may admit responsibility for the civil infraction alleged on the citation and pay the ticket

If you admit responsibility, payment must be made within 14 days of the issuance of the ticket:

Payment made after the 14 days could result in late fees and/or suspension of your driver's license.

To admit responsibility, sign the back of the ticket in the "Admit Responsibility" section. 

Then bring the ticket to the Court and make the payment in person OR mail the payment to:

Payment of Fines and Costs may be made by:
  • Check*
  • Money order*
  • Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover
  • Cash

*If sending a check or money order, make payable to 52/3 District Court. Do not send cash through the mail.

Credit Card Payments: 
Payment may be made in person or online using Visa, MasterCard, American Express‚Äč or Discover. An Enhanced Access Fee (fee varies depending on amount of payment; a $2.50 minimum is charged) will be added to your payment, in person or online.
