Admitting Responsibility

You may admit responsibility for the civil infraction alleged on the citation and pay the ticket:

  • By mail
  • In person (After hours drop box available)
  • By telephone or internet

If you admit responsibility, payment must be made within 14 days of the issuance of the ticket. Payment made after 14 days could result in late fees and/or suspension of your driver's license.

To admit responsibility, sign the back of the ticket in the "Admit Responsibility" section, then either:

You may pay by Visa, MasterCard, Discover/Novus, or American Express credit and debit card by calling 1-888-604-7888. Payments made after 4:00 p.m. will be recorded the next following business day. You must have the following information before calling to complete a transaction:

  • Ticket/Case Number
  • Amount Owed
  • Code 2653
